Check-in at Sotetsu hotel starts from 03:00 PM, and guests must check-out before 10:00 AM to avoid additional fees. As a side note, the front desk is open 24 hours. It’s important to note it because not every hotel is accessible 24 hours.

No. Normally, in Japan, it is not allowed to smoke in the room. However, there is a small area on the floor where you can smoke freely without disturbing others.
